Extrusion welding is one of the most frequently used methods of joining Weholite pipes. It can be performed with a manual extruder for pipes with a whole range of diameters (one-sided or two-sided welding), including relining renovations. The welded joint is inseparable and guarantees the possibility of transferring axial longitudinal forces.
Welding with WLI-3000 machine
Extrusion welding can be carried out automatically with the WLI-3000 machine. It is a technology for connecting large-diameter Weholite pipes with diameters from 1400 mm from the inside.
Thread joint is used in the renovation of damaged canals and for the construction of culverts. The connection is sand-proof. Water-tightness is achieved by making an external extrusion weld. The thread joint is available in diameters up to 1000 mm, larger diameters is available on request.
Weholite snap joint
Weholite snap joint is a mechanical, inseparable connection of Weholite pipes, which does not increase the outer diameter of the pipeline in the places of connections. It is most often used in the renovation of pipelines and in the case of laying pipes in unstable soil and water conditions. Available in diameters from 600 to 1200 mm.
